Car Wash Separators

Our washceptor range is used predominantly in vehicle wash applications where detergants and large amount of silt and dirt are likley to be discharged into the drainage system as a biproduct from the cleaning process. eg. jet wash bays, general vehicle wash down areas and specialist brush wash system.

The washceptor range comes in single, twin or three stage options to suit all of the above applicatons. With an extensive range of configurations and capacities starting as 1050 litres upto 16,700 litres. Manufactured fro hdpe, all units extremely durable and robust. Multi stage units are delivered as separate chambers. Which makes installation easier than one large separator. All fittings supplied for a simple on site connection.

If detergents are prevalent in the run off to the drainage system, typically vehicle and car wash discharges, then they must be discharged into a foul drain and cannot be discharged into a surface water drainage system. This is noted in the new European Standard en858 and also in the Environment Agencies PPG3 document for use and design of separators.
